Dear New U Life members,

The beautiful spring is just around the corner, and we hope everyone stays healthy so we can embrace a brighter future together. Please see below for the Hong Kong Market updates. Please share these with your organization.

There are 900 PayQuicker cards in our Hong Kong office, and we’ve already emailed those whose card has arrived at the HK office to go pick them up. In the future, we will continue sending out emails for pick up. Currently, we will only let the cardholder pick up their own card with their ID card in the Hong Kong office.

China cross border logistics operation will have some delay due to the Coronavirus. Once the situation is settled, New U Life will notify everyone when we are ready to do the cross border.

Hong Kong members will need to pay income tax to their local government. We will not provide tax documents for Hong Kong members.

When we start the cross border to China, SOMADERM ® will have 110ml per bottle, which is 10% more than the US bottle. The maximum of each Hong Kong NFR order will be 4 bottles. The PV/CV will be the same as the US market, although the price in Hong Kong is 10% higher than the US. However, it also contains 10% more product which will make it even.

The Alipay and Wechat pay for purchasing the initial order and one-time order in the BackOffice are now available.

Regarding the reissue of a void check(s) to PayQuicker, there are two different situations: 1) For those who have the check(s), please write VOID on the check(s) and mail to our US or Hong Kong office or email to checks@newulife.com. It will take approximately 3 to 6 weeks for the amount to be manually reissued to your PayQuicker account. 2) For those who don’t have the check(s) with you, please obtain a screenshot of the check that you didn’t receive. Then email checks@newulife.com with your member ID#. Once New U Life stops the check with the bank, we will reissue to your PayQuicker commission account. However, the US bank will charge $35 processing fee for each check(s).

You won’t get a PayQuicker link if you haven’t earned any commission after December 15th, 2019. You will receive the link once you have commission. For those who have commission after December 15th, 2019, but haven’t received any PayQuicker application link, please contact us to get the link sent again.

There are various reasons that some members didn’t receive the link. Some email addresses got changed after the link was sent which caused the link to go to the wrong email address. Or there are multiple New U Life accounts using the same email address. For security reasons, PayQuicker will only send one link to the same email address. The email address can not be used by multiple accounts.

The Hong Kong self-pickup timeline was such that you needed to go pick up the order(s) within 3 to 30 days after placing the order. Now we’ve extended that to within 3 to 60 days. We will extend accordingly based on the circumstance of the virus.
